I. 背景
使用開關柜時,人們都非常注重電力測溫。開關柜溫度過高主要由以下原因造成:
1. 運輸和工人安裝**等原因引起觸頭接觸**,接觸電阻變大就會出現(xiàn)觸頭溫度升高,進而可能燒毀停電。
2. 長期運行過程中會出現(xiàn)表面氧化以及接頭松動和老化的現(xiàn)象,這也是造成設備過熱甚至出現(xiàn)嚴重事故的主要原因之一。
這些原因不可避免,由此開關柜溫度監(jiān)測非常重要。但是開關柜內(nèi)空間狹小,傳統(tǒng)的測溫方式不能夠滿足需求,因為人工巡檢監(jiān)測不了。安科瑞無線測溫系統(tǒng)成功解決這一問題,因為它是將溫度傳感器直接固定在易發(fā)熱的部位上,然后通過無線傳輸?shù)姆绞綄?shù)據(jù)傳送到后臺,并能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)溫報警的作用。
I.Background
When
using switch cabinets, people pay much attention to electrical
temperature measurement. The switch cabinet temperature is too high
mainly caused by the following reasons:
1)Reasons
such as poor transportation and installation by workers will cause poor
contact of the contacts. The increase in contact resistance will cause
the temperature of the contacts to rise, which may burn out and power
out.
2)Surface
oxidation, loosening and aging of joints will occur during long-term
operation, which is also one of the main reasons for equipment
overheating and even serious accidents.
These
reasons are inevitable, so the temperature monitoring of the switch
cabinet is very important. However, the space in the switchgear is
small, and the traditional temperature measurement method cannot meet
the demand because the manual inspection cannot be
